I’m really enjoying this class with Yvette! She has such a calm, relaxing teaching style that makes it easy to follow along and stay inspired. I also really like the video format, it’s easy to pause, replay, and review any steps I need to see again. This course encourages you to explore and play with color, and Yvette guides you through each part of the process step by step. I’m looking forward to filling my journal with these beautiful little works of art!

This was the very first course that I took and I still take great joy in looking through my pocket sized journal! It was the very best way for me to get back into painting because the lessons were straight forward, fun, and accessible. I loved it! I started painting every night and it was a relaxing, calming activity that created a healthy state of mind. I highly recommend this course!

I signed up for Yvette’s journey with color through pocket size paintings class. I was addicted from the first painting. I didn’t want to stop. For the first few days it was all I could think of, so I had to put them away for a while. I really enjoyed this class! I ended up using a 7 x 7 notebook instead of a 5 x 5, as it was a bargain. It actually worked out better for me, because I wanted to leave room to write scripture. The instructions were very easy to follow.I did have a bit of a problem, discerning, which colors she was using, but I think they turned out pretty good.I can’t wait to figure out which class I’m going to do next!
