Shipping policy
At Let's Get Artsy, we work as hard as we can to get your orders shipped out in a timely manner. Most orders will be processed & fulfilled within 5-7 business days not including shipping time, but if we receive high volumes of orders it can take up to 14 days for your order to be processed & fulfilled, not including shipping time. High volume times may include, but are not limited to, holidays (like Black Friday & Christmas), & periods where we are running promotions on items that need to be shipped. Please allow for longer shipping times during the holidays and other promotional periods. Shipping time will depend on your location and the shipping speed you select at checkout.
Digital Products:
Due to the nature of the product, digital products do not require shipping. Access to your digital product can be found in your class portal at https://classes.letsgetartsy.com/. You may be notified or sent the product via email as well.
Returns & Exchanges:
If you would like to proceed with a return or exchange, please email a request with your original order number in the subject line to hello@letsgetartsy.com. Returns and exchanges are only available within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, and in the original packaging.
Once your return is received, we will approve or reject your request solely at our discretion, and email you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Returns for an Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. We will approve or reject your request for exchange solely at our discretion.
To get started on an exchange, send us an email at hello@letsgetartsy.com and send your original item(s) to our return address, listed below. Please note that we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Return & Exchange Shipping
Let's Get Artsy will only cover the shipping fees for the return of defective, damaged, or incorrect items and reserves the right to replace defective or damaged items at its sole discretion.
For all other returns and exchanges for unused products, you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will refund you for the product returned.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Let's Get Artsy will not be held responsible for items lost in transit to our return address.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you wish to replace a defective or damaged item, please send photos or a short video of the defect or damage to hello@letsgetartsy.com. Please include your original order number in the subject line.
Late Returns & Exchanges
If more than 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
