Watercolor for (Recovering) Perfectionists is a 7-day art challenge designed to help you loosen up, challenge limiting beliefs, and reconnect with joy through simple watercolor exercises. Each day includes a 10-minute prompt paired with a meaningful mindset shift to help you quiet your inner critic and build a creative practice rooted in compassion instead of pressure.

All you need is your sketchbook and whatever paints you already have.

The Challenge - Each day focuses on one belief, one mindset shift, and one quick watercolor exercise:

• Day 1 Color Mixing: I don’t have time → A little creativity brings joy.
• Day 2 Color Swatches: I have no ideas → Every creation is original.
• Day 3 Wet-on-Wet Shapes: I don’t know what I’m doing → Uncertainty creates magic.
• Day 4 Splatters: Why try if it’s not perfect → Messy breakthroughs matter.
• Day 5 Circles: I lack skills → I learn as I go.
• Day 6 Stripes: Creativity is a waste → Joy is worth my time.
• Day 7 Minimal Bookshelf: I’m not an artist → I’m an artist because I make art.
