I am loving this class! I have finished part 1 and I'm into part 2 now which is a bit more challenging for me, but still manageable. Yvette's classes are helping me to get out of my own head, which is uber-organised and this is a very important step for me on the journey from graphic designer to artist, which is not as easy as you might think.
Yvette's quiet, seemingly meandering style of teaching allows me to transition from designer-head to artist-head and gives me the room to experiment. I still have a ways to go, and I've already bought my next few courses. I think I'll be a while with Yvette!

I love this course. Yvette teaches you so many ways to create florals without you ever needing to know how to paint a flower. You learn composition and color harmony. And because each painting can be done in 15 minutes (sometimes a hair dryer is needed to make that happen) this is the class I always go to when I’m short on time but still want to paint.

I had always wanted to try painting abstracts but had no idea where to start. Yvette breaks it all down for you with step by step demos staring with color selections and background techniques. She artfully adds shapes and patterns to give it depth. It’s easy to follow her step by step for the many demos and techniques. You’ll have the confidence in the end to do your thing.
I really enjoyed this and often go back to watch again.
