Getting Started

Before we pick up a single brush, I want to make sure you have everything you need to feel confident going in. We'll go through the supply list together, and I've put together downloadable frame templates and inspiration prompts to help you start thinking about the objects that mean something to you.

Module 2

Personal Objects

This is where we paint our very first piece, and I chose a locket because it's one of those objects that just holds so much. We'll work through the whole thing together, from drawing the composition all the way to the finished frame, and I'll show you little ways to make it your own along the way.

Module 3

Home & Kitchen

I have been collecting ginger pots for years, so this one is close to my heart. We'll paint a gorgeous patterned background, bring the pot to life with color and detail, and finish it off with a beautiful frame. If you have a different kitchen object you love, this is a perfect place to swap it in.

Module 4

Nature

This module is one of my favorites because we get to paint a bee, and there is something so sweet about it. We'll build the whole painting from scratch, the composition, the background, the bee, the pattern, and the frame, and I'll walk you through every single step.

Module 5

Written Keepsakes

Written things, journals, letters, little notes, hold memories in a way nothing else quite does. In this module we paint a stack of books, and I'll show you how to add little personal touches to the spines and pages that make the whole painting feel like yours.

Module 6

Portrait - Textiles & Patterns

This is our final painting and honestly, it might be my favorite of the whole collection. We're going all in on pattern here, with four different designs, rose, stripe, ditsy, and diamond bow, and by the end you'll finish with a frame and a sentiment that ties the whole thing together beautifully.
