She didn't start painting until her early fifties.

I'm Suzanne Allard. I spent most of my life telling myself painting was for real artists. Not for me.



When I finally picked up a brush, I did what most people do. I tried to copy what I saw. I tried to get it right. It wasn't much fun.

Do I need to have painted before?

No. This class works for complete beginners and experienced painters who feel stuck. The approach is the same: let go of the need to be correct and start making choices on purpose.

What supplies do I need?

Acrylics or acrylic gouache, flat brushes in sizes 4 and 6, and a surface to paint on. Suzanne uses Moleskine art journals, Fabriano Venezia, and canvas boards. Full supply list at suzanneallard.com/supplies.

How long do I have access?

Lifetime. Go at your own pace. Come back whenever you want.

How does the pricing works?
