What if I don’t have a laser printer to print my Greek sculptures with?
Dreamy watercolor sky. Florals. Gold sparkle. Stars. And a Greek sculpture blended right into the painting like she was always there. That is what we make. Three of them.
Meet Your Teacher
Hi there! I'm Sosha
"I studied art history in college and I loved the Renaissance. I also love astrology and skyscapes and dreamy, ethereal things. One day I thought. What if I combined all of that?"
My name is Sosha. I'm a painter, illustrator, and graphic designer. And the style you're seeing is something I created called Auroraissance.
It started as an experiment. It turned into the most freeing, joyful way I have ever made art. And I want to teach it to you.
Why Auroraissance
Title
This is what makes Auroraissance different from every other painting class.
Dreamy watercolor skies, not rules
Pink sky? Do it. Purple moon? Go for it. This style is all about mood and feeling. Not perfection or realism.
Gold sparkle and stars
The final detail pass is where it gets SO satisfying. Pens, gold ink, tiny stars, line art. This is where you make it yours.
A printed sculpture, blended right in
We fussy cut a classical Greek or Renaissance sculpture, paste her onto the painting, and paint florals around her. She looks like she was always there.
Three complete paintings
A Day Scape. A Night Scape. A Dawn to Dusk. Three finished pieces you made with your own hands. That feeling of "wait, I made that" is real.
And Here's the Thing
Title
You can do this.
"I'm not a good enough artist."
There are no rules in this style. Nothing you do is wrong. Pink sky? Do it. Purple moon? Go for it. This is not about perfection. It is about mood and feeling. I mean it.
"Watercolor is really hard."
